Postage

Shipping is calculated on weight, at checkout. You can preview this prior to payment. If you are located outside Australia and are unsure about the postage fee, please contact us for assistance.

All orders are packaged securely and shipped via Australia Post, from Dolly Henry HQ in NSW, Australia.

International orders do not include tracking - if you wish to add tracking to your order you will need to contact us to arrange the postage upgrade. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes incurred by their country. Dolly Henry is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while in transit.


Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paypal. You do not need an account with Paypal to place an order. If you require another payment method such as direct debit (Australian residents only) please contact us.


Lay-By

Lay-by is available upon request. Please contact us to arrange a direct debit payment plan. Please be aware Lay-By will incur a 10-15% administration surcharge on the order total. Lay-by plans placed through Paypal will incur an additional surcharge due to the transaction fees charged by Paypal. 


Refunds and Returns

We take pride in having our products arrive in mint condition, however if you believe an item you have ordered is faulty, we ask that you contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority. You may be asked to include a photograph of the defective item.

In the case of an item that is defective, you will be issued a full refund including the postage fees once you have returned the defective item for inspection. Dolly Henry reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if we believe the requirements are not met.

Please note due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer you a refund.


Wrong Size

All care is taken to ensure purchasing Dolly Henry clothing is an easy and enjoyable process. If you have any questions regarding sizing or feel uncertain, please contact us for assistance prior to purchase. If you have ordered the incorrect size, you must contact us as soon as you receive your order so that we may assist you. All items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date, in original saleable condition. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached. Dolly Henry reserves the right to refuse a refund, return or exchange if the above conditions are not met. In the case of incorrect sizing, you will be offered an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for the return postage fees incurred as a result of the exchange. If you require a refund, you will receive a full refund excluding the postage fees and an administration/restocking fee of 10%.
